A range of techniques from different approaches to counselling
person-centred counselling
The person-centred approach is respectful and positive about every person’s uniqueness and abilities. Everyone has the potential to make sense of who they are, and find purpose and fulfilment. We have the resources and can develop the skills to move forward – identifying the nature of hindrances, discovering our unique solutions, finding the confidence and power to overcome problems and live in a more satisfying way. In counselling we work together in this process of self-discovery, solution finding and self development.
Counselling is confidential and conducted in accordance with The British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) Ethical Framework
