Welcome to Resolve Counselling

If you are experiencing difficulty in knowing how to cope with your life at the moment then a period of counselling could be the way to finding the answers you need.

From time to time our normal ways of coping with life can appear to fail us. Our ways of understanding ourselves and what is happening to us get confused. We can lose direction and motivation and become stuck.

Counselling can be instrumental in helping to understand ourselves again, recover our sense of power, discover a new direction and above all renew our enthusiasm for life.

Resolve Counselling is a counselling service based in Exeter, UK run by Dave Cordrey, an accredited  counseller experienced in working with a range of counselling needs.
